She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Franklin and Effie Mae Regan (Dickey); and her siblings, Timothy, John Francis, Richard Joseph Regan, Marilyn Daoust, Barbara Peterson and Donna Regan.
She is survived by: her sister Marlene Harvey of Carmichael, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her memory to St. Mary Catholic Church.
