She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard W. Wilkinson and Madeline M. Wilkinson; her husband Warren E. Rice; and her siblings, Howard W. Wilkinson, Helen Allen, Bonita Garcia and Denver Wilkinson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Berogan (Russ) of Walnut, Theresa Delgado of Springfield, Lori Keefer (Terry) of Mesa, Arizona, Valerie Keefer (Robert) of Mesa, Cari Gray (Gene) of Henderson and Wendy Johnson (Ron) of Sterling; and her grandson Randy Rice (Debbi) of New Braunfels, Texas.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 2200 1st Ave, Rock Falls, IL 61071.
