It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Oswald of Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Oswald to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Oswald and Ruth Oswald (Tarvin); and her siblings, Charles H. Oswald, Twila Garrett, Beverly Prentice, Imogene Kroll and Robert J. Oswald.

She is survived by: her brother Bill Oswald (Sue) of Oroville, WA. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established.
