He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Burris and Carol Burris (Denkert); his wife Cynthia King; his stepchildren, Randy Holmes of Orlando and Debbie Simpson (Robert) of Peoria; and his siblings, Terry LaForce (Fred) of St. Louis, Gail Ketchum of Dixon and Robert Burris of St. James, MO. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
