With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert G. Morden of Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Morden and Edith Morden (Johnston); his spouse Jere Anderson; his siblings, Loretta, Claire, Clyde and Jim; and his children-in-law, Dennis Scott and Joyce Morden.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Marilyn Arduini; his children, Linda Scott of Rock Falls and Tim Morden of Dekalb; and his grandson Tony Morden (Mary) of Tampico.
