He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Mahr Johnson; his sisters, Karen and Sharen; and his grandparents, Everett, Francis Johnson, Bernard and Avalon Mahr.
He is survived by: his father Larry Johnson of Viola, Illinois; his siblings, Rhonda White (Donald) of Alpha, Illinois and Richard Johnson (MaeLynn) of Woodland, California; and his nieces and nephews, Travis, Tim White, Jessica Draper and Danielle Watanabe. He is also survived by five great nephews; and two great nieces.
