He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Maxwell (Joseph O'Halloran) of West Allis, WI, Katie Rhodes (Cody) of Bettendorf, IA and Emmalie Maxwell (Zach Oldfield); his siblings, Doug Maxwell (Denise) of Greenwood, IN, Steven Maxwell (Kim) of Glendale Heights, IL, Alan Maxwell of Mishawaka, IN, Sherry Smith (LeRoy) of Sterling and Michelle Brown (Gary) of Sterling; his brother-in-law Alan Partridge (Kris) of Rock Falls; and his grandchildren, Dylan Rhodes, Asher Rhodes and Henry O'Halloran. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
