He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Bushman and Lavonne Bushman (Zugschwerdt). He is survived by: his wife Judith Turnbaugh; his daughters, Christine Bushman (Mark Sotelo) and Julie Bushman (Rick Shippee); his granddaughters, Sierra Sotelo (Jose Lopez) and Bridgette Sotelo; and his great grandchildren, Autumn and Roman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Schilling Funeral Home (702 1st Ave, Sterling, IL 61081). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 3:15 PM to 3:30 PM at the Chadwick Cemetery.
A Memorial has been established and will be donated to the CGH Health Foundation – Dementia Division.
