She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Corl and Nellie Corl (Lincoln); and her sister Edith McCauley. She is survived by: her sons, David Deem (Rebecca Laible) of Machesney Park and Craig Deem of Rock Falls; her siblings, Carol Blankenship (Phil) of Monticello, IL, Helen Shierry of Champaign, IL and Tom Corl (Mary) of Oxford, MD; and her grandchildren, Clark Deem and Jennifer Pautsch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rock Falls United Methodist Church in her memory.
