With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon E. Douthit of Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Douthit Jr. and Bernadine M. Douthit; her stepfather Roswell Ferguson; her sister-in-law Pat Douthit; her nephews, Tim and Tony Wolf; and her friend Susan Strong.

She is survived by: her brother Frank Richmond Douthit III; and her sibling's children, Francy DeVries, Mary Jo Harkenrider (Lou), Jeff Wolf (Vivi) and Greg Wolf (Diane).

Memorials may be made to your choice of Stormy Lake Association (WI), Congregational Church (Rock Falls), Sterling Schools Foundation, or Kidney Foundation.
