He is survived by: his parents, Ermelinda R. Lewis Sr. (Martinez) and Tom; his siblings, Irene Lewis-Wimbley, Daniel Garrett Lewis and Lamar Edward Lewis; and his nieces and nephews, William Hendley, Lyric, Trinity Wimbley, Dasia, Aalyah, Noah and Gabriel Lewis.

Masks and social distancing requirements will be in effect to allow a public visitation on Monday May 10, 2021 from 2-4 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene in Sterling.
