He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frank and Carol Frank (Wenger); and his siblings, Elizabeth Frank, James Razo and Craig Razo.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle Martinez-Frank of Selmi's Pumpkin Patch; his siblings, Shelly Gray (Tim) of Sterling, Brandy Ahern (Anthony) of County Cork, Kari Razo of Sterling and Jason Razo of Sterling; and his brother-in-law Michael Martinez of Sterling. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces/nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Sterling First Church of the Nazarene. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
