He was predeceased by: his father Patrick Carmichael. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Carmichael (Bloomquist); his wife Leslie; his children, Devan Irvin (Zack), Kyrstin Skiff (Evan Robeson), Ashlyn May and Noah May; and his sisters, Traci Walden (Anthony) and Angela Bjork (Simmon). He is also survived by six grandchildren; niece and nephews; and many friends.
