He is survived by: his former wife Juanita Castaneda of Belvidere, IL; his children, Rose Cramer (Joseph) of Odessa, FL, Victor Castaneda of San Antonio, TX and David Castaneda (Leinaala) of Rockford, IL; and his brothers, Ignacio Castaneda (Nash) of Rock Falls, Alfred Silva and Anthony "Tony" Ortiz of Sterling. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
