It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Greg Orty Baumgarten of Stewardson, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orty Baumgarten and Lorene Baumgarten (Diepholz); his sister Jean Baumgarten; and his sister-in-law Barbara Baumgarten. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Baumgarten of Charleston, June Davis (Floyd) of Centerville, OH and Janet Manhart (Fred) of Stewardson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and his extended family.
