Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint June leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Clemons and Dorothy Clemons (Etheridge). She is survived by: her husband John H. "Jack" Fairbanks Jr.; her children, Jimmy Fairbanks (Janey) of Decatur, Gary Fairbanks (Rhonda) of Shelbyville, Johnny Fairbanks (Pam) of Taylorville, David Fairbanks (Felisha Minch) of Shelbyville, Larry Fairbanks (Jennifer) of Springfield and Lori Hall (Steve) of Monticello; her siblings, Edgar Clemons (Jackie), Wayne Clemons (Leona) and Kathy Merritt (Lee); her daughter-in-law Doris Fairbanks of Shelbyville; and her sister Shirley Benedict. She is also survived by her 22 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
