With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Frazier of Stewardson, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Helm and Nellie Helm (Blackburn); her brothers, Jim Helm and Tom Helm; and her stepfather John Beals.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip E. Frazier, Sr.; her children, Debbie Witt (Mark) of Mattoon, Phillip Frazier, Jr. of Stewardson and James Frazier (Jackie) of Lerna, Illinois; her grandchildren, Ryan Witt, Corey Witt, Nellie Frazier, Fynlee Frazier, Aleah Frazier and Quincy Frazier; her stepgrandchildren, Caitlin Huber, Lane Huber and Alex Huber; and her sister Dorothy Ames (Don) of Lerna, Illinois.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
