Judith L. Jolly Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judith L. Jolly (Stillman Valley, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold A. Washburn and Mildred L. Washburn (Simerl); her husband Bill; and her brother Glee. She is survived by: her children, Chris Jolly (Nancy) of Ormond Beach, FL and Jill Huber (Bill) of Stillman Valley, IL; her sister Linda Dutton (Warren) of Oregon, IL; her grandchildren, Hannah Meyers (Dan) of Lake Bluff, IL, Mitchell Detig (Tricia) of North Barrington, IL, Benjamin Detig (Cassie) of Janesville, WI and Catherine Jolly (Kaleigh Henry) of Boulder, CO; her stepgrandchildren, Tara Yanes of Harmon, IL and Derek Huber (Kelly) of Buffalo Grove, IL; her great grandchildren, Aiden Detig, Jocelyn Detig, Cooper Detig, Beau Detig, Payton Hammer (Tyler), Jace Yanes, Harrison Huber and Jorie Pageloff (Zach); and her great great grandchildren, Rory Hammer, Fynn Hammer, Thea Pageloff and Revan Pageloff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Evangelical Covenant Church (103 S Maple St, Stillman Valley, IL 61084).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is established In Judy's name for Valley Evangelical Covenant Church, Valley Covenant Preschool, Northern Illinois Hospice, and Meridian Education Foundation.
