Travis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Travis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Travis will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Stanphill and Elwanda M. Stanphill (Smith); and his brothers, Charles and Keith Stanphill. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Healy; and his children, Ted Stanphill (Dagi), James Stanphill (Pam), Ivory Teresa Frye, Christine Whipkey, Jennifer Hefter (Marty), Kasandra Whipkey and Faith Whitman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Advantage Funeral Home (7000 W State St, Rockford, IL 61102). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
