She is survived by: her husband David Phillips of Stockton; her children, Pam Ackerman (Tom) of Winslow and Jeffrey Phillips (Rachel) of Stockton; her grandchildren, Keegan Phillips of Daytona Beach, FL, Jace Phillips of Stockton and Zack Ackerman (Chelsey DeVries) of Pearl City; her great grandchild Miah Ackerman; and her brothers, Donald Wise (Elaine) and Carl Wise (Sharon).
