He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Blair and Florence Blair (Pulver); and his wife Joanne Floss. He is survived by: his children, Katie Blair-Scheer (John), Tanana Sinclair and Jon Lee Blair (Evie); and his grandchildren, Khristofer Blair, Tabitha Lawson and Kasey Jo Sinclair. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
