He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Olthoff and Margaret Olthoff (Koch); his brother Duane; his brothers-in-law, Ronald Boyer and Bill Guffey; and his nephews, Mike Boyer and Jeff Guffey.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lorraine Wilhelms of Freeport, IL, Shirley Guffey of St. Louis, MO and Karen Boyer of Ridott, IL. He is also survived by 5 nieces and 3 nephews.
