We are sad to announce that, on October 20, 2022, at the age of 87, Melba Young of Stockton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Clarence McCommons; her husband Donald Young; her sons, Glenn and Rex; her siblings, Dale McCommons, Maxine Lowe, Vera Colclasure, Erma Neely and Jeanette Hochgesang; and her pet Sheba.
She is survived by: her daughter Tess Wackerlin of Stockton; her daughter-in-law Sharon Young (Rex) of Clinton, WI; her grandchildren, Heather DeWeese, Kelly Bryant (Jacob), Brock Wackerlin (Laura), Drew Wackerlin, Jamie Wackerlin, Jason Young (Misty) and Cassie Young; her great grandchildren, Kyle, Brayden, Colt, Ella, Avery, Brynn, Carly, Cameron and Barrett; and her great great grandchild Charleigh. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established.
