She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Snyder and Elsie Snyder (Traughber); her husband Richard Covington; her granddaughter Kate Covington; and her brothers, Clayton Snyder and Lloyd Edward Snyder Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Richard Covington Jr. (Jill) of Stonington, Jeannine Covington of Stonington, Vicki Furry (Jeff) of Normal and Tom Covington (Cheryl) of Taylorville; her grandchildren, Brent Covington of Ballwin, Natalie Sutimek (Thay) of Bloomington, Kyle Furry (Margaret) of LaGrange, Megan Cocagne (Chase) of Verona and Matthew Covington (Tiffany) of Bartlett; and her great grandchildren, William, Jane, Kate Covington, Mason, Graham, Sophie Sutimek, Kendall, Reese, Nora Cocagne, Joey, Vivian Furry, Elle and Aidan Covington.
