He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hubert and Luella L.'Jones'Moffett; and his siblings, Don Moffett, Wayne Moffett, Dwight Moffett, Thomas Moffett, Illeana Yeager, Barbara Wiley, Luella Moffett and Julia Shasteen.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his brother John Moffett (Diana Moffett); his daughters, Michelle'Moffett'Smith (Craig Smith) and Dena'Moffett'Cearlock (Tracy 'Biz' Cearlock); his grandchildren, Tyler Smith, Brenna Smith (Dalton McGee), Connor Haaksmith (Hannah Haaksmith), Austin Cearlock and Jensen Cearlock (Nathan Callaway); and his great grandchild Harper Haaksmith.
Memorials may be given to Grace Lutheran Church or the Windsor High School FFA, 1424 Minnesota Avenue, Windsor, IL, 61957.
