It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chris Habisohn (Streamwood, Illinois), who passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Chris may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Chris touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Victor. He is survived by: his mother Mary. He is also survived by 5 siblings.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory of Streamwood (1640 S Green Meadows Blvd, Streamwood, IL 60107). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (400 Fulton St, Elgin, IL 60120).
