He was predeceased by: his wife Carol J. Rathman; his siblings, Ronald Rathman (Phyllis), Dessa Emerson and Alva Rathman; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Kopp (late William) and Richard Thomas White; and his parents, John Rathman and Melva Rathman.
He is survived by: his children, Cory (Reneé), Dana (Darlene), Jody (Chris Adell), Kurt (Nancy) and Bryce (Brenda); his grandchildren, Ryan (Jessica), Cara (Justin), Anna (Dan), Jillian (Marc), Jake, Jordan (Sean), Nicholas (Amanda), Brendon (Allyssa), Ryley, Brea (William) and Brody (Bethany); and his siblings-in-law, Richard Emerson and Rhondalon Rathman.
In lieu of flowers donations will be appreciated to the Memorial Wall at Our Saviour's United Methodist Church, 701 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, Il 60194.
