He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rae; his children, Louis Santagata (Cindy), Frank Santagata (Tracy), Patricia Hankes, Jeanellen Santagata and John Santagata (Sheila); his grandchildren, Anthony, Jessica, Nick, Joey, Lisa, Nicole, Ben, Cole and Mason; and his brother Benjamin Santagata (Ann). He was also cherished by his children's friends were considered part of his family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory of Streamwood (1640 S Green Meadows Blvd, Streamwood, IL 60107). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
