Poliszczuk; his mother Barbara Mcneely; and his siblings, Chuck Poliszczuk (Patti), Julia Goins, Diane Gutierrez (Gabriel), Vincent Poliszczuk (Linda) and Robert Goins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
