She was predeceased by: her former husband John B. Bolf; her daughter Deborah Duff; her parents, Harley Hoffman and Elsie Hoffman; her brothers, Arnold Hoffman and Roger; and her sister-in-law Lucy Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Konczyk (Steve), Eric and Ashley; her husband Larry Duff; her children, Kyle, Trevor, Theo, Laura Bolf-Beliveau (Ralph Beliveau), Abby, Martha, Steve (Kara), Mason, Elizabeth and Will; and her brothers, Tom Hoffman (Dawn) and Ted Hoffman (Marie). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
