It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Allen Godfrey of Streamwood, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Allen and Helen Vaughn Godfrey (Conley). He is survived by : his spouse Shirley; his children, Julie, Michael, Jenny (Chris Redden) and Christopher (Neenah); his grandchildren, Christopher Jr., Tyler and Kimberly Munkel; his niece Kimberly Munkel (Tyler); and his pets, Chloe and Bella. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
