He was predeceased by: his parents, Angeline Consalvo and Rocco Consalvo. He is survived by: his wife Jayne; his brothers, Joseph (Carol) and Daniel Consalvo (late Alice); his daughters, Jacqueline (Glenn) and Angie (Mark); his grandchildren, Joseph (Bethany), Michael, Elizabeth (Garrett), Thomas, Daniel and Isabelle (Kaleb); and his great grandchildren, Noah, Jade, Carol, Calcifer and David.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory of Streamwood (1640 S Green Meadows Blvd, Streamwood, IL 60107). A prayer was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 9:15 AM at the St Matthew Catholic Church (1001 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
