He is survived by: his close friend Yvonne Baranowski; his brother Mitchell; his daughter Stephanie Jacobson; his grandchildren, Jocelin Jacobson, Alexander Flamm and Michael Vogel; his great grandchildren, Ariella, Jaxon Henrickson, Sophia Jacobson and Isaiah Rivera Jr. A; and also Patty Jacobson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Midtown Funeral Home and Cremation (3918 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL 60618). A prayer will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ASPCA or Shriners children hospital.
