It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Mae Davis of Streator, Illinois, born in Cissna Park, Illinois, who passed away on September 16, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy W. Harweger and May Bertha Harweger (McKinney); her husband Larry C. Davis; and her brothers, Roger Harweger and Ronald Harweger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Furtney, Laura Davis of Columbia, MO and Beth Cosby of Blackstone, IL; her grandchildren, Matthew Furtney, Joshua Furtney, Isaac Furtney, Zachary Harlan, Wesley Harlan and Alexandria Harlan; her siblings, Edith Ehrhardt and William Harweger; and her caregiver Vesna Gladic. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
