We are sad to announce that, on December 8, 2023, at the age of 89, Billy Don Dean of Streator, Illinois, born in Sherman, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dean and Berniece Dean (Rea); his siblings, Raymond Dean Jr. and Betty; and his brother-in-law Dr. Jack Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Dean of Streator; his children, Debra Costello (Matt) of Houston, Texas and Kevin Dean (Tara) of Streator; his grandchildren, Millie Dean, Dalton Dean, Anabelle Dean and McKayla Costello; his brother Tom; and his sisters-in-law, Betsy Woodward of St. Louis, Missouri and Nadene Dean of Austin, Texas.. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
