He is survived by : his mother Helen Spitznagle of Washington, NC; his mother-in-law Kathy Jo Winn-McBride; his wife Kathy Jo Spitznagle of Streator; and his siblings, Scott Spitznagle (Katherine) of Edwards, IL and Dana Parker (John) of Washington, NC.
