Carrell M. Lowe Obituary

For Carrell is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrel Lowe and Tangerine M. Lowe (DoPray). She is survived by: her significant other Vickie Pluemer of Dubuque, Iowa; and her siblings, Darrel Lowe (Ramona) of Streator, William Lowe of Arkansas, Sandy Hallam (Kenny) of Streator and Sherry Devers of Streator. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
