He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Stephen and Joyce Elaine Kmetz (Vogel); and his son Stephen Daniel Kmetz. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Kmetz (Ericka) of Braidwood, Paij Kmetz-Windus (Trevor) of Santa Fe, TX and Eric Kmetz (Paulomi) of Portland, TX; his stepchildren, Kori Libby (Alex) of Streator, Thomas Rhodes of Streator and Kyle Rhodes of Streator; his grandchildren, Calla, Lillie, Cole, Michael, Craig, Raylan, Connie, Leon, Justin, Noah, Khloe, Kent, Rosie and Eliott; and his sister Georgia Braun (Glenn) of Streator. He is also survived by grandfather to his 14 grandchildren.
