It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David William Eccleston (Streator, Illinois), who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Eccleston (Bill) and Nancy Eccleston (Likens); his daughter Ellie Hurst (Tim); his siblings, Carol Reed (Brent), Marcia Scudder (Jesse) and Mark Eccleston (Mary); his friend Val Schultz; his son Bobby (Bobby); his brother Brian; and his grandparents, Bill, Alta, Herman and Rose. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family asks that any memorials be directed to the charity of their choice.
