He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Neiggemann and Mildred Neiggemann (Jacobs); and his siblings, Margaret Jamison, Norma Adamchak, Jack, Fritz, Pat, Bill and Richard "Dick" Neiggemann.
He is survived by: his daughter Kari Neiggemann of Streator; his former wife Nancy Neiggemann of Streator; and his brother-in-law Francis (Jamison). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
