He was predeceased by: his parents, Fabian Novak and Eleanore Novak (Ross); and his siblings, Kimberly Antolik and Daniel Novak. He is survived by: his sisters, Dianne Cooper (Roger) of Lostant and Connie Vilks (Tim) of St. Paul, MN; and his sister-in-law Judi Novak of St. Paul, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
