He is survived by: his wife Linda Zavada of Streator; his sons, Thomas Zavada (Jolynn) of Taylor and Christopher Zavada of Streator; his grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob Zavada of Texas and Kaylee Lewis of Streator; and his siblings, Mick Zavada (Clara) of Streator and Jeannie Schoof (Donald) of Varna.
Memorials may be directed to Building Our Future Capital Campaign through St. Michael the Archangel Church in Streator, IL which supports construction of the new Catholic Church.
