She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyell Cook and Violet Cook (Wirick); her husband Clarence Moore; her daughter Gloria Ann Melchers; her grandsons, Luke Thomas and Michael Caleb Milashoski; and her siblings, Rosemary Promenshenkel, Ruth Irwin and David Lyell Cook.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Dan, Jeremy Estes, Damien, Gabe Russell and James Melchers; and her children, Linda Estes (Daniel) of Streator, Joanna Milashoski of Streator, Norma Holm (Malcolm) of Chebanse, Henry Melchers of Streator, Lyell Goldsmith of Amarillo, TX and Philip Goldsmith of Pearblossom, CA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
