He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Eustice and Mildred Eustice (Stein); his sister Janie Znaniecki (Eustice); his parents-in-law, Nancy and William Cunningham; and his brother-in-law John Cunningham (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Eustice (Cunningham); his children, James Eustice (Cathy) of Ottawa and Julie Tevis (Ethan) of Bloomington; his stepdaughter Brooke Hutchinson (Brian) of Georgia; his siblings-in-law, Bill Cunningham (Gloria), Richard Cunningham (Julie) and Mary Beth Cunningham; his grandchildren, Sydney, Bryant, Carly Eustice, Kendall Missel, Lily Tevis, Harper, Lucie, Titus and River Hutchinson; and his nephew Neal Znaniecki (Linda).
