He was predeceased by: his parents, Gino Centoni and Pia Centoni (Mazzoni); his wife Joyce Witry; his sister Laverne Schwarz; and his brother-in-law Lewis Schwarz.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Lollo (Ben) of Allen Park, Jan Urbance of Streator, Jill Zavada (Dustin) of Bettendorf, Iowa and John Centoni (Dana) of Dunlap; his grandchildren, Mike, Dani, Brandon, Matt, Sutton, Cooper, Maddox, Zaynie, Cyprian and Sebastian; his great grandchildren, Brynley, Oaklee and Collins; and his close friend Jesse Rodriguez.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jerry's honor may be directed to Building Our Future Capital Campaign through St. Michael the Archangel Church in Streator, IL which supports construction on the new Catholic Church.
