He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Vandemark and Ruth Vandemark (Teece); his wife Linda Faulin; and his brothers, William, Terry and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Dailey (Scott) of Brawley, CA and Chad Vandemark (Caroline Pes) of Peoria; his grandchildren, Carlos, Addison, Margaret Dailey, Hazel and Ruth Vandemark; and his close friend Carolyn Erler of Streator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lions Club or to the family to be donated to one of Jerry's favorite charities.
