He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Emmett and Carrie Dee Moran (Ritchie); his brothers, Richard, Eugene "Pete" and Thomas Moran; and his nephews, David and Rob Moran.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Seroka of Patrick's Church; his children, Dr. Christopher Moran of Ansbach, Jeffrey Moran (Efie) of Ransom, Joshua Moran (Caryn) of South Elgin and Kelsi Liberg (Steve) of Marseilles; his grandchildren, Gregory, Melina Moran, Aidan, Jacob, Carter Moran, Emmett and Everett Liberg; his siblings, James Moran (Nancy) and Loretta Moran of Ransom; his siblings-in-law, Janice Foster of Ottawa, Mary Louise Sackett (Bob) of Kileen, TX, Karen Matos of Ottawa and Robert Godwin of Marseilles; his nieces, DeeAnn Moran and Cristi Hundley; and his nephew Ron Moran.
