He is survived by: his daughter Traci Pouk of Streator; and his former wife Judy Cave.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home (301 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the Streatorland Historical Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
