James Spraggon Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 5, 2026, at the age of 64, James Spraggon of Streator, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Spraggon to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Spraggon and Corynne Spraggon (Connell); and his siblings, Jack, Tom Spraggon and Karen Spraggon.

He is survived by: his children, Taylor Spraggon of Streator and Julian Spraggon (Aisha) of Streator; his stepdaughters, Emily Thumm (Jared) of Ottawa and Erica Reum (Ben) of Streator; his grandchildren, Micah, Maci, Mila Spraggon, Donavin, Connor Jones, Bentley Thumm, Madelyn and Jonathan Reum; his great grandchild Lillian Jones; and his sisters, Peggy DeVita of Villa Park and Sue Danko (Bob) of Streator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
