She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Thorp and June Thorp (Shepard); her half-sister Sally Sue Thorp; her sister-in-law Elsie Thorp; and her niece Robin.

She is survived by: her brothers, Larry Thorp of Ancona, Randy Thorp (Patti) of Streator, Ed Thorp of Montgomery and Nick Sereg of Streator; her niece Kim Smith (Bob) of Ancona; her nephews, Jeremy and Bradley Thorp of Jacksonville; her great-niece Michaela Smith of Ancona; and her cousins, Camilla Farrell of Grand Ridge and Sheila Bernard of Toluca.
